Absolutely all of this. I am working through the guilt of saying no. The guilt of not meeting what others expect of me.

And as for those comments “you don’t have children so you should ...”

I don’t have children as o specifically chose not to. This allows me to give time volunteering, following passions, reading, working on myself. It does not mean that I have more available time and it certainly does not mean I must service all those around me with children! Amen 🙏
