Is there a Buddhist term for profound self confidence that we in the western world view as arrogance? Arrogance is seen as a negative light and I wonder if people avoid self love as they don’t want to be seen to “love themselves” when people are accused of loving themselves in the western world it’s not with the self love that you so eloquently describe.

I’m all for self-love. I have found so much more love for myself, this past year. 😀
