Brilliantly written and so wise. I also love my own company. Over the last few years I have learned to be my own best friend. It has been an exceptional lesson.

I do think there is a bit of a difference though. In that, when we don't have connection or a community or friends, then this can be forced lonliness. This can lead to depression and anxiety and an array of difficulties. Choosing solititude on the other hand can bring peace and empowerment.

What do you think? Is there a difference in the level of benefit if lonliness is forced on us or a solitude we have chosen?
