Welcome to Day 14 You Fiery Foxes

Two weeks!

Veganuary is halfway through. I would love to hear how you are getting on.

Has anything been particularly difficult? If you are doing the full shebang, are you missing anything?

Have you learned anything that surprised you? Are there any changes you have made that you are going to maintain even after veganuary?

Thank you to everyone who has read any of the articles in this series. Thank you for asking open and thought-provoking questions. I don’t always have the answers and sometimes there is no definitive right way or wrong way. It’s what we feel in our own hearts.

Sometimes our discussions are difficult. Sometimes we have to face up to the fact, that no matter what we do, our actions cause harm. This causes me no end of anxiety.
