Ellen, this is such fun and what a brilliant observation. I am both a cat and a dog person. I just don't have any cats just now. I admire their independance and their strength of mind. But I also adore the goofyness of my dogs.

There's def a place for both. But it is very funny how divisive dog and cat people can be. :-)
