Friendships are incredibly important to me. I put energy into them. Yet, very often, they have expiry dates. I grieve friends as I would a broken romantic relationship. Yet, we aren't given the space or recognition for this.

I am making a phone call to my ex BF this weekend. We are not friends anymore, but there has been no closure. I need closure. It takes guts to do what you did. I think you are amazing. It is incredible how our friendships affect us.

By weeding your friendship flower bed, you are making room for more flowers.

Go girl!
