Good luck with it. But first things first, take a break. Give yourself a time out. If you are burnt out, your productivity and flare will be low. Take a few days for yourself, I promise nothing bad will happen and you will come back stronger.

It's like with my running training. Rest days are essential. Better to be undertrained then over trained.
