I deeply appreciate your return with this. Interestingly one of my closest friends is in the process of seeking an ADHD diagnosis and I tried my best to be mindful of her in this piece. That said, she has never told me she was too busy for me or that she didn't have time to do something, but she feels her time management skills are lacking.

I had hoped the nuances of being human was covered by the sentence "I understand we all have different lifestyles and skill levels when it comes to time management." but I appreciate that refers to a skill which is problematic in and of itself.

I think though, you are right. In that the premise of this piece is calling out those who use a lack of time as an excuse as opposed to just owning when something isn't a priority.

I look forward to hearing your musings once you've reflected a little more. I so appreciate our conversations, which always help me learn and do better.
