I love it Kim! Sounds like you have found acceptance for yourself while developing a passion for weights. That's a win surely?

I'm an ultra running coach, qualified sport massage therapist and my degree is psychology with sport science. I LOVE fitness, nutrition, well-being and all of that. So this is my jam.

Did you know that sometimes when we eat more (of the right foods) we lose weight provided we doing appropriate exercises to gain lean muscle.

I highly recommend the book ROAR by Dr. Stacy Sims, she specialises in the female physique in sport and she blew my mind.

I love the humour in this. You are definitely no failure!

I'm currently working on a piece about body positivity - sounds like this is something you have gained from your process. :-)
