I think it is the suing culture which is forcing this type of thing. Here in Ireland a member of parliament, a politician, tried to a sue a hotel for her own ridiculous misdemeanor. She played on a swing, whilst drunk and with a glass of wine in her hand and funnily enough she fell off! Her argument was there should have been a sign saying not to use the swing when drunk or holding any item!! RIDICULOUS!
