Great piece. We do similarly with our editing in all the places I edit. What we do is when we start editing we drop in a private message asking them to stay out the story until we come back saying we are all finished with edits.

I’m so so so chuffed when my edits result in a boost for other writers. (I’m not a nommer YET) but I flag boostable pieces to a nommer.
