Natalie, I hear every word. You are not selfish in the slightest.

I have never wanted children. I have had some pretty tough experiences from people close to me due to my position.

This lead me to become a strong advocate for the childfree choice. I write passionately about being childfree.

I recently curated a list full of resources for the childfree. From books to podcasts, articles to websites. There is so much content out there. We have a buzzing community.

The important thing is that we all decide whether we have children based on our own yearnings and if we think we would be a good parent.

It is no one elses business.

That Medium you visited told you that as she simply expects a 29 year old to yearn children. Did you know there is no such thing as the biological clock and there is no such thing as the maternal instinct.
