Nope, I just came off. Some people probably never noticed. Some maybe automatically assumed I had unfriended them, but if they did some digging they wouldn't have found my account. I just left.

I suppose there is nothing wrong with putting a post up saying something along the lines "Going to deactivate this account to invite more peace into my life. I can still use messenger"

This may prevent folk messages expressing their offence.

But ultimately you don't owe anyone anything.

There are definitely things I missed out on. But I what you don't know, you are missing, you don't miss.
