Infertility is a big business. Unfortunately women and men are exploited when they are at their most vulnerable. It's impossible to put a time scale on when to decide to double down or surrender, I was about to write "give up" but it's not giving up. Maybe a semantics change is needed here. As "giving up" feels like you are losing. But surrender is about acceptance.

Ultimately only you can decide this.

For some people 1 round of IVF is enough. For others, it's 13 rounds.
