Oh Esther, this is provocative and powerful. I could have written it. Well, I couldn’t as you have a more creative and elegant use of words than I do. But I relate to it all.

I am in a period of growth. Some has been painful. But some has been liberating. I have learned to let go of relationships. I have learned to become self sufficient. I am learning to honour myself - which is the tough part. I am learning to be my own best friend.
