I would love to go to Vietnam. One of my closest friends is from Vietnam, but she grew up in the UK. She cooks a lot of Vietnamese food and it is simply gorgeous!

I LOVE kimchi. I have a new recipe with pineapple in it! It is easier than this one, so I will give it a bash and if it is nice I'll share it.
