Ooooft that's tough! I am just outside my 30s, can my wisdom count? I navigated a decade of it :-)

Our 30s are a wonderful time of growing into our self. Of making no apologies. Of having the confidence to live with authenticity.

I came out of a relationship in my early 30s and then carved a life true to myself. I followed my heart and stopped trying to please people.

I celebrated the priviledge of aging.

When we are in our 30s, we learn we are powerful exactly as we are. We win people, we lose people but we fit into our skin with greater comfort.
