A compliment that comes to mind for me, is when I was working during my probationary period as a new Police Officer. I had a meeting with my mentor and I asked what direction he thought I should go in, there are SOOOOO many different roles in the Police. He turned to me and said

"You could do anything you want, you would excel at anything you do because of your energy and nature".

Whilst it wasn't the guidance I wanted, it gave me confidence within myself.
