For me, it's showing up authentically, leaving meaningful comments and not trying to game the system. I've had my best month on Medium yet, thanks to 4 boosted articles. But I've also experienced too much attention tagging and soulless comments "I've read your piece, now please read mine" sort of comments. I do the best I can with the time I've got.
