I know depression is tough. I get it and I admire you for sharing your story and experiences.

Just to clarify, I am not drifting away due to him not replying to texts. I have given him all the time in the world - years!

I am fading myself out due to the lack of any form of friendship over the years. It's always been me to serve him.

And the way he has engaged with me over the years has been detrimental to my own mental health. There comes a time when we must say enough.
