On the topic of Vocal. Were you aware they are thieves? Last year they renewed my subscription without my wanting it renewed as I had stopped using it. Fair enough, mistakes happen, so I contacted them immediately, asked for a refund. They said they don't do refunds and to make sure next years subscription doesn't get taken, I had to close my account. So I closed my account, and took the paid for and not used annual subscription fee on the chin (I should have raised a dispute with my bank then and there).

Guess what, this year they took a subscription fee and I have no account! I contacted them... they didn't reply. I contacted them again... they still didn't reply. Over 5 messages to them about this over the course of 2 weeks and no acknowledgement or apology or more to the point - refund of the stolen monies.

So I've had to raise a dispute with my bank.

It worries me that this is what they are doing with many people's memberships. And how many just wouldn't notice!
