This sounds very Buddhist. I am so up for this. I think I have been doing it a bit myself the last few years. Instead of focusing on what my body looks like, I am focusing on what it can do and the adventures it carries me on. When we see it as a partner in crime and are grateful for it showing up for us every day, then something changes. Certainly, I think my relationship with my body has changed dramatically over the last few years. I've stopped analyzing how I look (as much as I can anyway), and am focusing more on how I feel.
