What an interesting question. I don't think there needs to be a duality as such. Just like how feminists can have boob jobs and wear make up. I like feeling lean and strong. I train hard, I have lean muscle and sometimes even abs. And I feel good. I think we all have a healthy optimum. Feeling healthy and lighter to move around and run fast - these are all incredible increntives and great reasons. You are doing this for you and I think that's healthy. But i do so love the questions you raise.
