I too have experienced females like this. There's a deep jealousy of anyone who is capable and attractive. I know this sounds ridiculous and it should not be the case. But this is the only thing I can think of.

I have many stories as well. You may inspire me to write one.

I remember being at a training weekend and one of the females who a lead for it literally looked me up and down and then proceeded to ignore me and make me feel like I didn't belong. And then SHE had the audacity to talk about women being bitchy in a talk she did. I sat there thinking the bitchiest person in this room is you!

I love women supporting women. It is so powerful when we join forces and raise each other up. Instead of being threatened by each other.
